Spirits, Part 2

Basics, check! Now you can think about Ouzo... right? Word of warning. You can buy and buy liqueurs, but someone will always have a preference. Here is a list of the generic liqueurs that are used with some frequency:

• Almond (such as Amaretto)
• Anise (such as Anisette or Ouzo)
• Orange (such as Triple Sec)
• Irish Creme
• Coffee (such as Kahlua or Tia Maria)
• Melon (such as Midori)
• Peach (such as Southern Comfort)
• Black Raspberry (such as Chambord)
